| A Utah to Stockton coal drag rumbles through the small town of Thornton, California on a sunny winter morning. This train was routed via the old Western Pacific Route (via the UP Sac Sub) instead of the normal route via Roseville. Here the train passes a pair of old searchlight signals which are slated to be replaced in the near future. |
