Remarks & Notes
With thunderstorms building over the Atlantic and in the last light of day, Florida East Coast train No. 101 flies across Spruce Creek near Port Orange, Florida, led by new “Champion” ES44C4s Nos. 821 and 807. Somewhat unusual is a cut of rock cars up front on today’s hot southbound intermodal.
