Officers of the BN wanted to see some of the D&RGW so they brought their own inspection cars — a full length dome, a diner and a power car. It has just passed through 6.2-mile long Moffat Tunnel under the continental divide in the background and is eastbound between East Portal and Tolland, headed back to BN rails at Denver.
