Remarks & Notes

The race is on, as two trains speed west on BNSF's Needles Subdivision. The first train in the shot is passing through Bagdad, while the Z train in the distance, running on the opposite track, will soon overtake the manifest on their climb to Ash Hill. The iconic Route 66 parallels the tracks, and can be seen off to the right.
