"Switching Spring Mill"
While out in the central PA area to shoot trains on the NS Pittsburgh Line, I had planned to spend some time documenting the local railroads around the area whether it be R.J. Corman, Nittany and Bald Eagle or the Everett Railroad. As the trip was coming to an end I made it a point to find the Everett Railroad as it was the only line in which I knew was running. After an hour of searching for the train I started to lose hope until I heard horns in the town of Roaring Spring. Once I was able to locate the train I stumbled upon this location as the crew was spotting cars for this particular customer. After taking a few pictures of the operation I was satisfied with the way the trip ended and headed home for New Jersey. |
