2014 was the uprising of crude-by-rail shipments In a coal dominant region, a trio of vibrant BNSF locomotives, including brand new ES44AC No. 8093 leads a westbound crude empty through downtown St. Albans in the center of coal country, enroute to the Bakken oilfields of North Dakota from the Yorktown, Va. refinery.
