Remarks & Notes

A pair of MTA Subway trains thread the low-rise, urban density of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The dome of the landmark Williamsburg Bank is the product of venerated architect William B. Post, also noted for designing the "Chateau-Nooga", a summer residence for C.C. Baldwin of the L & N Railroad. The Williamsburg Bridge, constructed in 1903, serves as the gateway to Manhattan's Lower East Side for the J, M and Z Lines.
