| A long Janesville to Horicon train pauses at Genessee Depot to wait for the go ahead to mark up with the Canadian National, as they need to traverse a decent stretch of CN to get from their Waukesha Sub main to the Milwaukee Sub main. The train would usually hold on the outskirts of Waukesha, but due to length, they're a few miles out of town as to prevent blocking crossings. They would end up sitting for a few hours here! I'm sure the neighbors didn't mind the slew of EMDs idling the night away.... |
