| "Into the storm." A five-unit set of frost-covered MRL SD70ACe's push for all they're worth while working midtrain on a westbound unit grainer, seen climbing the 2.2% of Mullan Pass near Birdseye in a winter snowstorm. The snowfall will only get worse from here on up the grade. Even without any wind, temperature was hanging at a bone-chilling -15 degrees. |
