| SP&S Locomotive 621, rebuilt in Portland roundhouse from SP&S Locomotive 107. The original locomotive was built in August 1910 (Class D-1 4-6-0). Locomotive re-entered service on December 22, 1927. My great-grandfather Jacob Schlick was a machinist for SP&S and is standing on the running board. I own the original photograph from which this scan was taken. |
