Ex South African Railways Class GMA/M (Garratt) 4-8-2+2-8-4, No. 4079, performs a runpast at sunrise, for an arranged early morning photo special at the Reefsteamers Depot in Germiston, Johannesburg on a chilly winter morning. This locomotive is now the property of Sandstone Estate, but on loan to Reefsteamers, a steam preservation group. No. 4079 was built by Beyer, Peacock & Co in 1956.
