Remarks & Notes

Parked on a forlorn siding in rural Sanderson, TX sits a fine example of a former Southern Pacific fire car. Originally built in December 1942, it has had a long life and sits idle in southwest Texas waiting the call to duty. I am unsure the last time it was used, but the relatively new pump and other features implies it could be used, if required.
