On a crystal clear Utah County morning, Southern Pacific's Geneva, Utah to Terror Creek, Colorado coal empty rolls east through Springville on Feb. 20, 1995. It appears 11,752 ft. Mount Timpanogos has plenty of snowpack to prevent a drought during the upcoming summer months.
