Looking more like a scene out of the 1980s or even the 1970s (minus alternations to gyralites, class lights, horn relocations, etc.), a group of five Rio Grande GP40-2s have been serviced and await a call out of Roper Yard on July 24, 1996. Present are DRGW 3116, DRGW 3114, DRGW 3124, DRGW 3120, and DRGW 3105. The little 3000 horsepower EMDs will be assigned to work the Midvale Tramp and the Provo Local the following morning.
