Beneath the incredible backdrop of the Mission Mountains far to the east, a rare quartet of SD40-2's lead the westbound Night Gas through one of the few remaining locations with sunlight along the Flathead River. Within a matter of minutes, this place too will fall into the shadows as another long summer day in Big Sky Country comes to an end.
