Remarks & Notes

SNC's BL2 rolls SB over the Hudson River as it crosses from the Town of Minerva in Essex County to the Town of Indian Lake in Hamilton County. This is the northern most of 5 active rail bridges over the Hudson River and the tracks are the former D&H Sanford Lake Branch from North Creek to Tahawus. The 10 car stone train represents only the 3rd revenue freight to cross this bridge since the line was reactivated by Iowa Pacific after being mothballed in November 1989. The other two moves also occurring in October 2014.
