MTA's New York City Transit's brand new $1.4 billion Fulton Center shows off it's awe-inspiring view. This is the center piece of the building, a skylight known as the oculus. This will bring welcome sunshine down to the track level. Gone is the confusing, ugly, demeaning, rat warren that was here before. Born out of the ashes of 9/11, the Fulton Center is a bold step in making many New Yorkers everyday lives just a bit more magnificent.
