| Looking sorta like a giant black and white oreo cookie on wheels, K040 rumbles southbound over the low tide Catskill Creek bed on a crisp Sunday morning. The crew will hold briefly at West Camp at CP-102 for a northbound Q161 out of Kingston. My friend Jeff and I were surprised to see the DPRX black n white oil tankers(which matched the power) as this was the first time both of us witnessed these unusual white capped tank cars on the River Sub so far in 2014. |
