Tough winter day on the Kyle—5 A Kyle plow extra is heads west plowings snow at Levant, Kansas, on January 2, 2007. The train is powered by two former Southern Pacific, now CEFX EMD SD45T-2s. No. 9282 is a former Cotton Belt unit, while No. 9245 is ex.SP, and both eventually owned by Kyle. Plenty of snow is ahead after the December 29-30 snowstorm dumped over 30 inches of white stuff in the area.
