Union Pacific brought this interesting piece of equipment to SLO. This boxcar is a classroom designed to instruct emergency responders the appropriot way to handle potential incidents involving Oil trains. The coastline will potentially pick up more oil traffic in the future once an unloading platform is finished at Conoco-Phillips refinery in Guadalupe.
