| A shortened Capitol Limited, the westbound P029, slows down for its station stop at Harpers Ferry on a beautiful Autumn evening. Because of congestion to the west on Norfolk Southern lines, Amtrak keeps a "spare" set minus 2 cars just in case heavy delays will not allow the set to be turned in Chicago. |
