EDPI (Wilmington, DE to Conway, PA) emerges from the west portal of Gallitzin Tunnel in March 1995. Meanwhile, to the right, work is being done to enlarge Allegheny Tunnel to permit it to accomodate double-stacks trains. The work was finished six months later, and Gallitzin Tunnel is now no longer used.
