Remarks & Notes

Only two Amtrak HHP-8 locomotives, Nos. 651 and 655, remain in service. The new Siemens ACS-64 have deemed most of the ill-fated HHP-8 locomotives surplus. Soon, both of the remaining HHP-8s will be removed from service.
