Remarks & Notes

This third shot of a series (see image 500799 and 500967) shows engine 507 repositioned at Amtrak's service facility in Chicago for the Trains magazine cover shot. Amtrak was very cooperative in providing a new clean locomotive and locating it for the best possible lighting and Chicago skyline in the background. However, this is not the view used for the final cover shot.
