It appears that Terminal Railroad Association of Saint Louis is experimenting with a new truck arrangement on their SD40-2s! (Or is it an N-scale body shell on HO trucks?) TRRA SD40-2 3004 sits in the sun behind a pair of freshly painted Blomberg B trucks in their yard in Venice, Illinois, on October 4th, 2014. Photo taken on railroad property with permission and full PPE.
