Spirit Of The C&NW UP 6718 sit and wait for its next assignment in Chattanooga, but to no surprise on this 20 year old motor compartment doors you can see the original C&NW number bleeding through the patches this unit was given by Union Pacific, and the Operation Lifesaver crossing, and letter fading into history on this former C&NW 8816, and yet even 17 years after the buy out just seeing this sight still bring tears to a true C&NW fan eyes.
