September 27, 2014. With lots of waving from an energetic crew, Amtrak’s Los Angeles bound Southwest Chief #3 speeds through the South Valley, shortly after departing from Albuquerque, NM. Captured during the “Golden Hour” this train makes a timely appearance only moments before the setting sun disappears to the west.
