New York Container Terminal Rail shows off their brand new Genset switcher; a Process Locomotive (CLCX) PL1500-4RS, while running lite to pick up some empty cars from Arlington Yard. This engine is former Toledo, Peoria and Western Railway GP20 2058 and features a Tier 4i, 1560HP MTU Engine. *Photo taken with permission from Port Authority & Homeland Security.
