Remarks & Notes
On the morning of October 22, 2012, a Union Pacific coal train departs East Portal, Colorado. On the point are two GEs, with a former Southern Pacific No. 259, now the repainted No. 6343. In the background is the Continental Divide, already dusted with fresh snow.
