The newly formed Ohio South Central Railroad's (ex-Santa Fe) GP7u #2153 works east with a short consist at one of two rock cuts near Ray Ohio as the snow begins to fall. The city of Jackson Ohio owns the ex-B&O right of way and the line was operated by US Rail until the new operator took over in February. The line interchanges with CSXT at Vauces (Richmondale, Ohio).
