| CN train 186, double stacks, cruises downgrade off Yellowhead Pass at Geikie toward Jasper with rather beat looking CN 5743 trailed by an SD60F on the point. CN's out of the way crossing of the Rockies is low enough to permit these two units to handle this train without DPUs. The northern most transcon has become quite competitive in the stack train business taking advantage of Prince Rupert as a port of entry and promising 3rd day delivery to Chicago. |
