A heavy snow hit most parts of Kanto area including Tokyo in February, 2014. It caused lots of problems in railway traffic. The train on the left is the Rapid Service for Tokyo, on the right is the Local Service for Hachioji. Due to heavy snow, both the train are forced to stops at Hino station. The Rapid Service are delayed for over 3 hours and the Local Service are changed destination to Toyoda station next to the Hino.
