Remarks & Notes
Beamish museum every September have a 4 day event entitled Agricultural Power from the Past which gives the staff in charge of the railways an opportunity to run guest motive power along with their own stock. This year the locomotive in charge of the shunting of the chaldron wagons is number 18 "Lewin" which has been recently restored by the museum. The four days are going to be used as a running in and testing period. Here Lewin runs beside the small engine shed with its wagons in tow.
