| Union Pacific's ZLCAI passes the true birthplace of Los Angeles, the San Gabriel Mission. This mission had a small outpost by a nearby river very near what is today Los Angeles Union Station. This view is soon to vanish forever as the tracks are being lowered into a trench here. |
