| American steam locomotive on the St. Gotthard line: The locomotive R 141 568 descended from the halls of the Baldwin Locomotive Works in Philadelphia. After use in France, the locomotive arrived in Switzerland. Here it is used, as well as 141 R 1244, for special trips. Ae 6 / 6 11421 had the task of assisting the steam train when passing over the mountain. |
