| While checking out the location of the Pacific Harbor Line's former enginehouse at their now-gone Pier A Yard, a pair of NRE 3GS21B locomotives (31 and 30) were found crossing Alameda Street where it becomes Harry Bridges Boulevard in Wilmington, California. PHL's new yard and engine facility are just behind the locomotives in this shot. |
