This is one of several period scenes re-created by the volunteers of the Wiscasset Waterville & Farmington Railway Museum at their 2014 Annual Picnic. The pick-up riding Flat Car #126 belongs to museum member Stewart Rhine. According to Stewart, this is probably the first time since the original line shut down in 1933, that a period motor vehicle has been carried over these rails. Museum Rigger Brendan Barry was entrusted with designing and building the restraints that were used to secure the truck on the flat car. Engineer Dana Deering and Fireman Gordon Cook were in charge of Number 10 this day, ensuring that Stewart's classic piece was well cared for during the photo run-bys.
