| When I first heard about the NS 8098 leading a CSXT intermodal I didn't really believe it figuring it was just more railfan rumor. But after it was indeed confirmed in Ohio, I madly wondered if I would actually get a chance to see it. Luckily after my 12 hour graveyard shift ended by 7am, a recrew was aboard in Selkirk just about at the same time I was pulling out of the parking lot at my job. Clouds were abundant after dawn but gradually they broke up as the morning brightened and I was fortunate to get a sun lit keeper of the train crossing the calm Catskill Creek just before 8am. I appreciated the text messages of my friends out for this 'event'; RP contributor John Sesonske and John Gabriel who helped track the train's early progress out of the yard.
