| Two of the newest members of the Arcelor Mittal Mines Canada (Cartier Railway) family - Arcelor Mittal SD70ACe 9004 and ES44AC 301 - are seen exiting the south portal of tunnel 29.57 on the railway's South Subdivision. The 160-car loaded raw ore train is on its way from Fermont, Quebec to Port Cartier, Quebec for pellet production and eventual shipment out of the port city. Tunnel 29.57 is a difficult hike to access, but well worth the effort! |
