| Alaska Railroad's Anchorage Yard basically sits between downtown Anchorage and Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson. Every other year the base hosts Artic Thunder Air Show featuring among others the Thunderbirds. In this shot four of the Thunderbirds fly over the north end of the yard. In the background are the Chugach Mountains. |
