On a blue sky winter morning with the temperature below freezing, a quartet of clean 18E's hauling a 65-wagon train of type CAR empties (dubbed a "python"), is beginning the long climb up the Majuba pass that will take them from kwaZulu-Natal over the Drakensberg mountains into Mpumalanga province.
