Remarks & Notes
A weekend of World War 1 anniversary events is taking place at South Tyendale Railway. A guest engine, 0-6-0 JOFFRE has been added to the roster and is being used on services over the next three days. Sadly its braking capacity is poor so cannot handle a passenger working on its own. Seen here at the back of the train with regular Thomas Edmundson at the front. Luckily for me the train stopped after leaving the station to allow a couple of walkers on thus allowing the sunshine to catch up.
