After waiting on a train ahead to clear CTC St. Cloud, a loaded coal train is moving again. They'll cross over to main 1, run around several other eastbounds parked between St Cloud and Becker, then scoot into the power plant there, clearing the way for a late Empire Builder that's not far behind them. That's the Mississippi River just visible through the trees on the left.
