Remarks & Notes
CP Alco 4559 and its three EMD mates with a westbound unit coal train have surmounted 4640-ft. Rogers Pass inside 5-mile long Connaught Tunnel. As it begins its descent on a 2.4% grade on the old line, the British Columbia Selkirks dominate the background.
