A Massachusetts Bay Railroad Enthusiasts-chartered excursion was run from Newport to White River Junction, Vermont, on Father's Day using the Green Mountain Railroad's ex-Rutland veteran Alco RS-1 405 with the train consisting of VRS Office Car #4 "MacIntyre", and GMRC cars 1312, 1301, 1319, and the GMRC Cab Car 1317. The chartered passenger train is seen southbound at Newbury, Vermont, amid hit and miss cloud cover.
