"Red Moon Rising"
The southbound Shepherdstown N&W CPL signal displays a restricting (stop) signal as an early June crescent Moon hovers overhead in the blue hour. Artistic interpretation was used with Moon exposure from separate photo taken 20 seconds after signal photo for proper exposure.
