| A second generation SD40-2 leads a pair of F9s and a GP20 out of Duluth with interchange traffic off the DW&P. F9A 784 was built for NP passenger service (you can still see the steam generator vent) and would be converted into a rotary snowplow power unit three months after this shot was taken. I believe it still exist on BNSF today in that capacity. |
