| The Nickel Plate concentrated on its freight business. Nevertheless the NKP did manage a comfortable passenger service, and in diesels opted for Alco's classic PA's. Chicago bound 'Bluebirds' 181 and 184 glides by after boarding passengers in Bellevue, Ohio. Photographer Van Dusen, taken from my slide collection. |
