Remarks & Notes 
No, not a novel car washer but rather an embarrassing remnant of a derailment higher up on the mountainside and empty covered hopper 98326 rolled down into Saint Joe River near Kyle, Idaho. Since funds were scarce and being far out of the public’s eye, it was decided to leave the hopper to soak until another day.
