Remarks & Notes
Rebuilt DB 01 Pacific No 001 180-9 departs from Neuenmarkt-Wirsberg with the 06.04 Wurzburg to Hof Eilzug in the last month of regular work by these engines in West Germany. The shed buildings on the right are now the Deutsche Dampflok Museum (DDM). After withdrawal in August 1973 this loco was preserved in Switzerland but since 2010 has been at the Bavarian Eisenbahn Museum, Nordlingen.
